Hosted by legendary comedian and “Tonight Show” host Jay Leno, the series explores our obsession with all things automotive. From classic cars to supercars and everything in-between, Jay is hitting the road to discover the most exciting, weird and wonderful vehicles ever made and meet the passionate people behind their wheels. Each one-hour themed episode features a mix of stunts, challenges, reviews, and celebrity interviews that showcases the colorful history of the automobile. Whether he’s exploring the story of an iconic brand, road-testing the newest super car, or investigating the latest automotive innovations, there is no wheel Jay won’t get behind to tell the story of our love affair with the car.
About Jay Leno: Acclaimed TV late night show host, admired stand-up comedian, best-selling children’s book author, much-in-demand corporate speaker, lovable TV and movie voice-over artist, pioneering car builder and mechanic, and philanthropist…it’s no wonder that Jay Leno is widely characterized as “the hardest working man in show business.”

Love how Jay says “where I live there are some hills” referring to the hills in Beverly Hills, but only in the way that it is an annoyance when driving old weak cars. Jay is truly down to earth and chill guy who has been fortunate enough to be able to collect rare cars, something many would love to be able to do, but now we can instead relax and enjoy these amazing videos! Great video as always, and fun to see what other people has done to their cars!

Hi Jay, What's the best lead substitute to use in a classic/antique gas engine? I've been adding Niteo Motor Medic Lead Substitute M-5012 directly to the gas of my 1952 Ford-8N tractor for decades now, with no problems. What brand do you use/recommend? I enjoy your channel very much, thanks for the great videos, Rich 🤠

Somewhere in my old family photos there's a picture of one of my great uncles with a Model T, that was taken from before 1919. He's got the rear end jacked up and the drive wheel removed, with a big leather belt running from the wheel to a piece of farm equipment.

Maybe it's not running as smooth as it normally does because you need to adjust the spark. Don't know for sure but I thought you set the "spark" timing on one setting for cranking and then adjusted it to run? Never had one but I got that impression from listening to people who had them. I know the old Harleys had spark timing and if you didn't get things right you stood a good chance of being thrown over the handle bars when cranking it if you weren't careful.

My brother Joseph had a green 1927 Ford Pickup, and on St Patrick's Day him and his wife Kay would drive in the St Pats Day Parade. It was a beautiful truck with wooden spoke wheels with matching wooden bed. Fun!

my dad had a model t as a teen. Born in 1909 bought one sitting our in a field. Lowered the Center of Gravity by tying two sections of rails from a old railway under each running board. He also cut a hole in the intake manifold and put a cover on it to lean out the gas mixture so he could run kerosene. His next car was a 1918 Premeire. Supposedly own by film star Mary Picford.

What a good looking, likable kid - and so well spoken. I like his style and individual artistic taste with the paint and the dice, while still leaving the majority of it original. It’s easy to see that Jay is annoyed by the ridiculous, arbitrary virus restrictions in place in California. Shame on the morons in power who prevented them from being able to ride together in the car. That did NO ONE any good and only inconvenienced millions and annoyed more. I think Jay should have him back in a few years to see what else he’s done with it and do the drive the right way. This virus nonsense cannot end soon enough.
